Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Limited (SABTNL) owns the Television channel - SAB TV which was launched on April 23, 2000. SAB TV is a 24 Hours Hindi Language General Entertainment Channel, transmitted digitally through the Asiasat 3S Satellite. In March 2005, SABTNL) has entered into an long-form agreement with SET Satellite (Singapore) Pte LTD to sell the SAB TV brand, 1,305 hours of programming and all the related assets for $ 13 million, as the valuation of the broadcasting company.

The channel is currently available as a free to air service. SAB TV provides an entertaining mix of programming for the entire family in the form of game shows, sitcoms, soaps, chat shows, mythological and variety entertainment programmes and now even SAB News which delivers News and Current Affairs.

MTV India was launched in 1996 and is the Indian subsidiary of MTV Networks Asia Pacific, a cable television network headquartered in New York. MTV India has its office in Parel in Mumbai. It is the most popular music channel in India and has large impact on Urban Youth. Recently MTV India has listed in GEC.Anuj Poddar is Managing Director of MTV India. The channel aimed at adolescent and young audience continues to be flag bearer of pop-culture in the country.
